工作职责：
1.和美国团队沟通，共同制定项目计划，协调项目资源分配，跟踪项目进度；
2.管理项目团队，推进项目开发进程，如期交付项目并确保项目质量；
3.改善项目开发流程，提高软件质量；
4.改善团队协作，提高团队工作效率；
5.一年中有3-6月在美国工作。
职位要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科以上学历，五年以上软件开发经验 （Java，C#，DB）；
2.三年以上项目管理经验，至少两个50人/月以上项目管理经验；
3.熟悉项目管理理论和实务，在项目管理实务上能很好把握原则性和灵活性；
4.高度的责任心，目标导向，注意细节；
5.英语听说读写流利。
Responsibilities:
1.Communicates and coordinates with US team in project planning, development resource allocation and project progress tracking;
2.Manages domestic project team, pushes forward development process to achieve in time delivery and high product quality;
3.Enhances software engineering process and improves quality of product;
4.Improves team cooperation and efficiency;
5.Works 3 to 6 months each year in the US.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, 5+ years software development experience. (Java, C#, DB);
2.3+ years project management experience. Managed at least two 50+ man/month projects;
3.Familiar with project management theory and practice. Flexible enough to apply project management theory into real projects;
4.Highly responsible, target oriented and focusing on details;
5.Fluent in reading, writing and oral English.
