工作职责：
-招聘及管理华西美容顾问团队
-根据公司预算制定专柜销售指标
-独立制订产品及客服培训资料
-定期执行产品或新品知识培训，还有客服销售技巧培训等
-此职位需要经常出差：
职位要求：
-形象气质佳，良好的口头表达能力和沟通技巧
-性格成熟独立，5年相关化妆品专柜销售运作经验及最少3年以上美容顾问团队管理经验
-对美容顾问进行产品及客服销售技巧等的培训经验
-有新品上市推广经验优先
Job Duties:
-Recruit and manage a team of Beauty Consultants in West China
-Set and assign monthly sales target at counter levels in order to achieve company annual sales target
-Prepare Product and Customer Service Training Manual independently
-Conduct skincare and new product training as well as sales and customer service training on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Well groomed and mature personality
- 5 years plus experience in cosmetic counters sales operation and at least 3 years experience in managing a team of Beauty Advisors / Consultants
- Solid experience in skincare product, sales and customer service training
- Working experience gained in giant cosmetic house is preferred
- New brand launch experience is highly valued
- Independent, result-oriented and excellent inter-personal skills
