Description
Establishment of Sichuan OR Xinjiang Branch Office and allocate resources to develop both Services and sales market for all oilfields in Sichuan Province
Strategic planning for continuous business growth for Sichuan OR Xinjiang Province
Preparation of annual budget
Day to day management of the branch office
Development of business opportunities and close work with China tender team & BU for preparation of quotation and tenders.
Coordination with BUs and shared services for execution of projects
Development and maintenance of long term customer relationships.
Monitor drilling and work-over activity in the area.
Regular update of market intelligence.
Monitor and report drilling and workover rig activity.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of oilfield experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in middle to senior level management
Strong business development and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. English skills preferred.
Must have established market contacts.
Excellent organizational, selling and negotiating skills.
Self-motivator and team player
