至少5年商业软件测试经验，对软件测试行业拥有强烈的个人兴趣。
精通软件测试理论和方法，熟练掌握多种测试工具，具备至少2年的自动化测试（功能及性能）经验。
熟悉软件开发生命周期及测试流程，对软件产品的质量拥有出色控制能力，同时具备制定测试计划、编写测试文档：Test Case, Test Script, Test Summary Report……的丰富工作经验；并对质量控制的过程和方法的不断改进拥有极大的热情和动力。
出色的语言表达和文档能力。
良好的英文读写能力。
具备积极主动的自我学习意识和优秀的快速学习能力。
热爱团队，注重协作，具备出色的组织、沟通协调及人际关系处理技巧。

Diploma or above degree in software, computer science, business, accounting or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience in QA of commercial software product. Having strong interest in the career of software QA & Testing area.
Excellent knowledge in the theories and mythologies of software QA & testing. Proven effective use of wide range of testing methodologies and tools. Having at least 2 years working experience in automatic test (both function & performance).
Know well Software Development Lifecycle; outstanding ability in quality management of software product; having rich experience in test planning and related documents drafting, such as: Test Case, Test Script, Test Summary Report and etc; always be positive for the improvement of QA process, methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good ability in reading and writing in English.
Always be positive in self-training, an excellent fast learner.
