Job Responsibilities:
Create and organize test designs, test cases, and matrices for full area coverage and product delivery
Design, implement and run automated tests early in the development phase and provide tight feedback on feature design and functionality to development and product management.
Communicate test requirements to Product Management and Development by reviewing project requirements and user stories for testability
Responsible for working with other members of a development team to ensure that quality is "built in" from the ground up in products.
Setup and maintain test environment
Develop and maintain automate test scripts
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 -- 3 years experience in a QA environment
Good knowledge of leading QA tools and methodologies
Working knowledge of QTP and VBScript
Working knowledge of Java is required and working knowledge of selenium is preferred
At least 1 year of experience working on an agile software team is preferred
Experience planning, implementing test strategies
Experience with the definition and implementation of automated testing framework and process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of web application and applicable testing techniques
Experience working with Continuous Integration practices.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
Experience with developing web based Java/.Net applications
Experience with HTML and JavaScript would be an advantage.
