Project Lead (ScrumMaster)
The position
Development at Saen Options involves a lot of team work and coordination with Traders. Before 2002 the trading was done on the actual exchange floor (open outcry trading), but now days this has completely shifted to automated screen trading. This means that our in house software development team is working at the heart of the business and is of extreme importance.
As a project lead you are responsible to perform as ScrumMaster and actively take on the lead of international C++ product development projects. We are looking for someone who also likes to bring in new ideas. You will work in an environment that is constantly changing. Your Profile
Bachelor or Master in Computer Science from an accredited engineering school.
MUST have 2+ years of C/C++ software design and development experience.
1+ year team leading experience.
Having knowledge of Scrum, Agile and XP
Having ScrumMaster certification or PMP is a big plus.
Strong knowledge in std C++ development, familiar with Visual VC++.
Experience in Unix/Linux C++ development or server development is a bonus.
Experience in socket & networking development,
Having knowledge and experience of OOA/OOD, UML
Fluent in English (international travel might be required).
Having stock and trading knowledge is a plus.
