Responsibilities:
1.Provides technical inputs in his field of expertise during the project feasibility study,
2.Evaluates and comment the tenders,
3.Participates in the selection of the contractual vendor list,
4.Participates in the contract negotiations,
5.Follows up contractors activities during basic and detailed engineering,
6.Ensures that engineering is achieved as per contractual requirements,
7.Provides necessary technical clarifications required by contractors,
8.Coordinates with ATC experts, as necessary,
9.Makes comments and approves drawings/documents/specifications submitted by the contractors,
10.Conducts analysis on technical offers submitted by equipment suppliers ,
11.Attends technical clarification meetings with suppliers before placing order;
12.Issues relevant technical comparison table and to make a technical recommendation;
13.Works closely with manufacturing inspectors (CPP) and field engineers during manufacturing and site works stages, and provides them technical support,
14.Provide technical support to field engineers and OPG team members during the commissioning of the plant,
15.Participates with ATC expert in the automation equipment inspections.
Requirements:
1.Electrical engineer and well experienced in cement manufacturing project realization.
2.The incumbent should also speak fluent English as a working language, with good PC skills of MS Office applications.
