JOB SUMMARY 职位概述
- With the help of support department, manage and coordinate the human, materials and financial resources in order to
manufacture and supply the required products whilst respecting the deadlines, the quality specifications, safety standards,
and the local and national laws.
- Ensure the optimization of the production process and maintain the equipment in good working condition and adapts the
tools to the entire production.
- Represent the company in front of the local authorities and governmental bodies, promotes company image in the local
social and economical community.
ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
- Overall planning of the annual manufacture with strategic objectives and means, be responsible for pass on the objectives
to the subordinates in a coherent manner.
- Decides on production programs and maintenance, ensure the quality and the optimization of the process.
- Decides on the allocation of the personnel, people management and development.
- Manage the budget.
- Ensure the safety and security of persons and goods.
- Ensure the communication and good relations with suppliers, customers and local authorities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS 技能要求
- More generalist than expert in the following areas: products, process, maintenance, quality, environmental management
and human relations
- Sufficient understanding of technical problems in order to decide appropriate action in line with group policy, industrial
requirements and governmental regulations
- Good knowledge of project management
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS 资格经历
- University degree above educational background, engineering helpful
- Strategic thinking and analytical mind, good planning, organizing and delegating skills
- Skilled in team work and strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of financial management
- Good English communication skills
