1.MISSION
-Main purpose: Manage the realization of a new line projects (over XX mUSD) for Lafarge Shui On Cement Co., Ltd. within the specified objectives (budget, schedule, quality and safety), using mostly Chinese specifications and equipment, with a specific target of achieving the same low cost and short schedule as the Chinese companies are achieving currently.
2.PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
a) Major results and/or performance levels expected:
Quantitative:
-Zero accident target
-Maintain or reduce project budget
-Project completion within 17 months after coming into force of main turnkey contract
Qualitative:
-Compliance with Chinese technical standards
-Compliance with specific additional Lafarge requirements
b) Indicators for measuring the effectiveness of the job holder:
-Safety
-Investment cost
-Schedule
-Conformity to technical performance targets
-Coaching of team members for future projects (replication)
c) Main objective of the position:
Satisfactory completion of a low cost plant in China.
