工作职责:
1.发现合适的分销商和战略合作伙伴并建立合作关系;
2.拟定与分销商和战略伙伴的合作协议;
3.向分销商传达公司的企业文化、产品信息与销售政策;
4.完成销售目标;
5.负责组织和参与对分销商的商务谈判;
6.协助分销商有效理解市场信息,为公司市场战略的实施及时提供信息反馈;
7.建立销售区;
8.提出市场推广建议,协调和参与推广活动的实施,并收集推广效果方面的数据,为评价与调整市场推广活动提供支持;
9.负责组织对分销商的技术培训,提高分销商对EC Wise产品和服务的知识掌握程度,提升产品专业销售形象;
10.达到个人绩效目标。
Responsibilities:
1.Discover and establish relationship with appropriate distributors and strategic partners;
2.Create and initiate agreements of cooperation with these partners and distributors;
3.Convey company’s culture, product information, and sales policies to the distributors;
4.Achieve the sales target;
5.Organize and participate in business negotiations with the distributors and partners;
6.Assist the distributors and partners in establishing a good understanding of the marketplace and provide them with prompt feedback on the implementation of market strategies;
7.Establish sales districts;
8.Propose business promotion programs, coordinate and participate in the implementation of promotion activities, collect data on promotion results, and provide support for the evaluation and adjustment of promotion activities
9.Organize technical trainings for the distributors and partners to enhance their understanding of EC Wise products and services while promoting a professional image of the company.
10.Meet the individual performance target.
Requirements:
1.Over five years’ experience in technology marketing or sales, with at least three years’ experience in channel development;
2.Fluent in English reading, writing, and conversation;
3.Experience in foreign enterprises is preferred;
4Familiarity with the sales trends and strategies for technology channels such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), databases (DB) and extract, transfer and load (ETL);
5.A background in local industries that use data integration technology is preferred;
6.Skilled in analyzing business requirements, product planning and implementation, and team management;
7.Good skills in business negotiation and problem solving.
