Responsibilities
-Using telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand object client's needs;
-To describe Bureau Veritas and products of System Certification Services on phone;
-To answer client's questions;
- Record client's needs and report on daily or weekly basis.
Requirements:
-College degree or above;
-Good communication skill, especially on phone;
-Standard mandarin and pleasant voice;
-Love communicating with people, positive, patient and not easily giving up;
-Good at handling clients'refuse, complaint and even rude attitude;
-Chinese typing at least 40 words / minutes
