Responsibilities
The role of (Sr.) Mechanical Design Engineer is to be member of mechanical projects team. He/She will be responsible for detailed mechanical design and implementation of mechanical projects that are complied in cost, quality and schedule with the main project targets. He/She focus in all actions to fulfill the target of the projects with high Customer Satisfaction level and guarantee that quality will be considered every time.
作为结构设计项目组的成员,负责细化结构设计,并保证项目按时按质在预定成本范围内完成.她/他的一切工作都以在最大限度地满足客户需求,保证质量的前提下完成项目为目标.
-Technical Conversion of defined mechanical products from concept to mass production with consideration of the project requirements concerning function, time and quality
-Technical consultation with suppliers & production during development process
-Supply of 3D CAD data,2D drawings and technical specifications
-Execute and support useable preventive quality tools like FMEA’s, design-reviews, tolerances analyses
-Control mechanical changes (internal and on supplier side) until mass production together with the mechanical project manager
-support production process releases
-在满足项目的功能,时间和质量的需求下,实现结构设计方案
-在研发阶段和供应商及生产线探讨技术细节
-负责创建相关的三维架构,二维图纸和技术规范
-使用有效的质量防范工具如故障模式和效应分析, 设计评审, 公差分析
-和相关项目成员一起控制到量产前的结构的设计变更
-支持生产流程的确认
Requirements
-Several years of professional experience in consumer or industrial product development.
-Technical knowledge (Product and application know how concerning mobile phones)
-Quality knowledge (Know how and experiences concerning using of quality tools as FMEA, Tolerance analysis, etc.)
-Commercial knowledge (Know how concerning mechanic related product and process cost aspects)
-MS office skills (powerpoint, outlook, project, word, excel etc.,)
-3D CAD-Tools ( IDEAS, ProE, Catia, etc)
-Fluency in written and spoken English
-Ability to Analyze; Team Skills; Initiative; Organization and Quality Orientation
-三年以上专业的消费类或工业类产品研发经验
-了解和手机相关的产品和应用技术
-有相关的质量知识, 知道和使用过如故障模式和效应分析, 公差分析等质量工具
-熟悉和结构相关的产品和流程的成本构成
-较强的办公室软件使用技巧(powerpoint, outlook, project, word, excel 等等)
-能够熟练地使用相关三维绘图软件(IDEAS, ProE, Catia等等)
-较好的英文说写能力, 分析能力
-良好的团队合作精神,积极主动, 以组织和质量为导向
