Job Description:
1.Establishing the working procedures for the metallographic/physical analysis of the parts;
2.Establishing the working procedures for the metallographic /physical analysis of the HT process;
3.Be responsible for Heat treat development and process engineering;
4.Writes/makes the Operational Procedures and Technical Instructions for the Quality/Environmental System;
5.Trains the lab personal and provides support for operation technician training;
6.Performs the analysis when necessary;
7.Improve the process of metallographic test and heat treat;
8.Feedback according to test and analysis result.
Job Requirement:
1.Diploma and above, Mechanical engineering or Metrology and relative major;
2.Minimum of three-year work experience in metallographic test/heat treat;
3.Communication in English, both in written and oral;
4.Proficient with Microsoft Office;
5.Strong communication skills;
6.Performance ethic.
