• At least 5 years working experience in commercial Win Form/Web product development; and at least 3 years in .Net system architecture.
• Excellent knowledge in .Net multiple-layer framework, In-depth experience in OOA/OOD, System Architecture, Component Reuse, Design Pattern and etc.
• Familiar with .Net 3.0/3.5 and related technologies, such as: WFF, Smart Client, Web Service, WPF, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, XML and etc, and also knowing well the design, development and management on at least one primary database, such as: SQL Server, Oracle and etc.
• Rich working experience in UML and related Case Tools, such as: Power Designer, Vision, Rose, Erwin or etc.
