Responsibilities:
Provide technical service for end customers through indirect channel customers in the region
On-site and in-house trouble shooting through Regional office.
Provide products training to the distribution sales team, distributor and Parker Stores in the region.
Ensure correct completion of field service reports and monthly report.
Work closely with the sales and contribute to the sales goals.
Support and implementation of Parker quality system and company policy.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years hands-on experiences in hydraulic field
Familiar with hydraulic system or fluid connector products
Good Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Good Self Management
Excellent attention to details, high level of sense of urgency and self motivation
