    主要工作职责:自动化设备维护
    1.General Summary
    Provides on-site and on-call technical support of our equipment at customer location. Serves as field expert in the technical assessment, resolution and problem escalation of one or more major systems components (i.e. handlers, thermal or software) and may perform special projects requiring broad technical expertise or unique product knowledge. May serve as site lead field engineer with expanded roles and responsibilities.

    2.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    (1).Provides on-site technical support for installed equipment/systems including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment failures and malfunctions.
    (2).Performs diagnosis and repair of equipment hardware, software and applications failures affecting functionality and availability, installs equipment upgrades, retrofits and engineering changes, and ensures installed systems meet technical performance specifications, customer needs and adhere to contractual escalation requirements.
    (3).Assists other sites with the diagnosis of systems malfunctions and the development of product solutions for one or more major systems components requiring special technical expertise.
    (4).May provide direction to local site personnel in the performance of assigned field engineering responsibilities.
    (5).Submits field reports and other service documentation as required by our company and collaborates effectively with customer and various departments to communicate equipment status, record equipment repair detail and help drive continuous improvement.
    (6).Supports customer personnel by providing on-going assistance and instructions in the operation of our equipment/tools/systems and product applications. Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters requiring coordination with our U.S. factory based organizations and other our field support personnel worldwide.
    (7).Conducts technical assessments of equipment/systems performance to identify reengineering opportunities for improving reliability and serviceability.
    (8).As directed, acts as “on-call” technical resource responding to customer service requirements for both the primary customer site and other customer locations.
    (9).Performs special field engineering projects for the Worldwide or Local Site Manager.
    (10).If serving as site lead, may prepare reports to analyze product fail trends or other important tool performance metrics and attend both internal and external meetings.

    3.Job Specifications
    Must have good people skills, sound computer knowledge and competencies in the troubleshooting of analog and digital electronics, electromechanical and pick-and-place systems and special technical expertise in mechanical robotics, AC/DC power controls, and thermal control systems/ chillers and refrigerants. Will provide on-site support at customer location M-F, during normal business hours, and on-call support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, in alignment with EADS and customer contractual requirements. Will also require use of process and personnel management skills if assigned to a site lead position. Must have reliable transportation and strong English skills. This is a salary position.

    4.Requirements:
    Minimum of a 4 year degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Additional industry experience with technical skill which align to the requirements of this position and prior supervisory experience a plus.
