Responsibilities
-As a member of the Antenna team, he/she will be responsible for the Antenna design, testing and approval activities.
-The work includes several types of antenna measurements like efficiency, radiation pattern, VSWR and SAR.
-The work includes concept design, detailed design and fine-tuning of the antenna.
-做为天线小组的一员，主要负责天线的设计，测试和验证等工作。
-负责天线的选型，设计，调试等工作。
-负责一些天线指标的测试。例如，天线效率，辐射，VSWR，SAR等。
Requirements:
-Bachelor or above, Major in the antenna or RF field.
-Minimum one year experience in antenna design.
-Good knowledge of measurement and instrumentation for antenna design.
-Good modern communication skills and team cooperation capability.
-Skilled in English language (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
-本科以上学历，天线或射频相关专业.
-一年以上的天线设计经验。
-掌握天线指标的测量方法和相关仪器的使用。
-具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
-熟练的英语听说读写能力。
