Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales activities of surgical products in assigned territory.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers in hospital.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to clients of the various solutions the company offers to hospital and doctors'needs.
- Develops a basic database of hospital or doctors in assigned territory
- Identifying and building effective relationship with professionals to maximize revenue.
- Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for sales and marketing strategies setting.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales visit, presentations, closed sales, follow-up activities, and win/lost analysis within their assigned territory.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Coordinate marketing activities organized by company, hospitals or medical associations
- Coordinate sales representatives of distributors to ensure company's overall strategies be understood and carried on among distributors
Requirements:
- Above college or university degree
- 2+ years of sales experience with proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Relation builder, results orientated, strong sales drive, sales personality, credibility.
- Knowledge of medical devices in China market is preferred
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Good command in English is preferred.
