参与开发公司基于Java的信息解决方案，实现和维护相关构件和接口。
辅助测试和质量监测流程，保证公司产品和服务的总体可靠性，将产品的质量、稳定性、安全性提升至最高水平。
根据公司的商业目标按时交付开发项目。
任职要求
熟悉OOP思想，并能熟练应用设计模式
具有2年以上的Java GUI应用系统开发经验,熟悉AWT/SWING/SWT
具有大型系统开发经验、定制UI组件开发经验和GUI系统架构经验者优先
熟悉UML和相关软件设计工具如Visio/Rose/Power Designer 等，熟悉VSS/CVS/SVN/StarTeam等软件配置管理工具
具有较强的分析能力和人际交往能力，能够快速定位并创造性的解决问题
适应并能在压力环境以及快节奏、变化迅速的工作环境下工作

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
Assist with testing and review processes to ensure total reliability of the Company's
products and services and promote the highest level of quality assurance, stability and security.
Ensure timely delivery on all development projects in accordance with the Company's business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:-A minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred)
A minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent (MS preferred)
Experience in OOP/Design Pattern
2+ year experience in Java GUI development, AWT/SWING/SWT;
Experience in the development of large Java GUI application and customized UI component and Java GUI applications architecture design is preferred
Proficiency in the following areas highly desirable: UML and related software design tools like Visio, Rose, Power Designer, etc; software configuration tools like VSS, CVS, SVN, StartTeam and etc.
Strong analytical and people skills, creative problem-solver and ability to spot issues and troubleshoot quickly.
Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to excel in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
